These Terms of Service govern your use of TimetoPay, operated by FivetoNine LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
What TimetoPay Does
TimetoPay lets you scan grocery receipts using AI, track prices over time, and build a smart shopping list. Every feature is free — there is no paid tier, no subscription and no trial. Supporting us with a donation is entirely optional and unlocks nothing.
Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use TimetoPay.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Each account is for one person — you may not share accounts.
Cost
- TimetoPay is free. Every feature is available to every signed-in account.
- There is no subscription, no trial, no premium tier and no in-app purchase. We never ask for a card.
- You may see an optional link inviting you to support the project with a donation. It is voluntary, it is not a purchase, and it unlocks nothing — the app behaves identically whether or not you use it.
- We reserve the right to introduce paid features in future. If we ever do, existing functionality described here stays free, and we will tell you before anything changes.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the app or its data.
- Upload content you don't have the right to share.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
- Use the app to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
Your Data
Your receipts, prices, and shopping data belong to you. We store it to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.
AI Receipt Scanning
Receipt scanning uses AI to extract item data from photos. Results may not always be perfectly accurate. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before relying on it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-parsed receipts.
Disclaimer of Warranties
TimetoPay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that price data will be accurate or complete. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FivetoNine LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of TimetoPay, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
